Shipment processing and Handling

Your order will be safely and securely contained in either a box or a bubble envelope or a poly mailer. We will make sure the items in the containers are well-protected before we ship. We always hope our customers receive the product as happily as our bunnies receive their carrots.

Handling Time and Shipping

Most of the time, we process your order on the same day after you placed the order. The shipping cut-off time is 4 PM on weekdays. Weekends/Holiday orders will be shipped on the next business day. In some circumstances, there will be some delay. Please see below - 

  • Product temporarily Out-of-Stock in the warehouse
  • Busy/Holiday seasons
  • Limited Products are not on-hand (i.e. Bulk Order, Third-Party Seller's items, Consignee's items)and have a delay arriving at our warehouse
  • Suspicious fraud order requires further research and inspection
  • Weather and Catastrophe

Shipping and Refund

We always confirm our customer's delivery address while preparing the package shipment. We do not alter the address without notifying our customers after we shipped the order. If we cannot locate your address while processing your order, we will reach out to you via email for further confirmation before shipment. Hence, if the shipment is marked as "Delivered" on the Carrier's (UPS / USPS) Official Shipment Tracking Website then we also consider the package has been delivered to the correct address (Address provided by the customer). Hence, there will be No Lost Shipment Related Refund will be issued.

If the product was damaged in transit, we would love to replace you with a new one for free, and No additional fee or shipping fee will be charged. In some cases, you may also be required to provide the receipt and/or proof of purchase.
